摘 要:目的:探讨结合临床实践的案例式PBL(基于问题导向的学习方式)教学在医学影像学五年制本科生核医学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年1月就读于皖南医学院医学影像学专业五年制本科学生87名作为教学对象,随机分为两组,其中对照组45名学生,采用常规教学方式,研究组42名学生,采用案例式PBL教学方式比较两组影像核医学考试成绩及对核医学课程教学的满意度。结果:研究组“影像核医学”课程考试成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组对“影像核医学”课程教学满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:从学生学习态度和实际的教学效果来看,案例式PBL教学因其基于实际问题、剖析真实案例的教学模式,在激发学生学习兴趣,提升自主学习积极性方面较传统教学具有更大优势,值得在“影像核医学”课程的教学中推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of case-based PBL(Problem Based Learning)teaching combined with clinical practice in the nuclear medicine teaching of medical imaging undergraduates.Methods:A total of 87 five-year undergraduate students majoring in medical imaging in Wannan Medical College were selected as teaching objects from September 2022 to January 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups,including 45 students in the control group and 42 students in the research group.PBL teaching method was used to compare the two groups'test scores and their satisfaction with nuclear medicine teaching.Results:The test scores of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:From the perspective of students'learning attitude and actual teaching effect,case-based PBL teaching has greater advantages than traditional teaching in stimulating students'learning interest and enhancing their initiative in independent learning because of its teaching mode based on practical problems and analyzing real cases,and is worthy of popularization and application in the teaching of nuclear imaging medicine.
