“小老师”教学模式在“机械基础”实验教学中的应用

摘  要:“小老师”教学模式是以学生为主体,教师为指导,实验教学尝试“小老师”教学模式,提高了学生学习的主动性和积极性。从选拔推荐“小老师”教学团队,“小老师”教学模式中学生、“小老师”、老师各自的职责,转变教学管理模式和教学方式,“小老师”教学模式在实验教学中的教学成效、教学资源整合、学生发展的空间更大,培养了学生独立思考、创新、团结协作全方位的能力等方面论述了“小老师”教学模式在“机械基础”实验教学中的应用。The"little teacher"teaching model is based on students as the main body and teachers as the guide.Experimental teaching attempts to"little teacher"teaching model,which improves students'initiative and enthusiasm for learning.From the selection and recommendation of the"little teacher"teaching team,the respective responsibilities of students,"little teacher"and teachers in the"little teacher"teaching model,the"little teacher"and the teacher's respective responsibilities,and the teaching management model and teaching methods,the"little teacher"teaching model has a greater teaching effectiveness,teaching resource integration,and student development in experimental teaching,and cultivates students'ability to think independently,innovate,unite and cooperate in all aspects,and discusses the application of the"little teacher"teaching model in"mechanical basic"experimental teaching.
