高校教育质量可拓综合评价管理体系的研究

摘  要:本文以全国教育大会提出的“努力构建德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系,形成更高水平的人才培养体系”为根本目标,结合高校创新人才培养主阵地的使命,提出和细化了一种基于德智体美劳五大方面的高校教育质量综合评价管理体系。同时根据体系指标特点引入可拓评价物元模型,通过计算关联函数和关联度,对某高校班级教育质量进行了动态评价。通过实例证明运用该方法不仅能降低主观人为因素,而且计算简便、结果可靠,为国家切实提高高校教学质量的教育提供了有力支撑。This paper takes the fundamental goal proposed by the National Education Conference,which is to"strive to construct an education system for the all-round cultivation of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,art,and labor,and to form a higher-level talent training system."Combined with the mission of universities as the main base for cultivating innovative talents,it proposes and refines a comprehensive evaluation management system for college education quality based on the five key aspects of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,art,and labor.At the same time,based on the characteristics of the system indicators,an extensible evaluation material element model is introduced to dynamically assess the educational quality of a college class by calculating the correlation functions and correlation degrees.Through practical examples,it is demonstrated that the application of this method not only reduces subjective human factors but also provides simple calculations and reliable results,offering strong support for the country's efforts to effectively improve the quality of university education.
