校企合作视域下高校德语专业的教学改革路径探析

摘  要:在校企合作视域下,高校德语专业具有育人主体与育人环境双重性、教学内容与行业需求双向性等特点,有助于提升学生的综合素质和就业竞争力。但当前高校德语专业教学仍存在课程陈旧化、双师型教师培养滞后、资源分散化等问题。为解决上述问题,高校可以通过优化课程设置、加强队伍建设、整合多方资源,推动德语专业的教学改革,实现学术与实践的深度融合。Under the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,the German major in colleges and universities has the characteristics of the dual nature of nurturing subject and nurturing environment,and the two-way nature of teaching content and industry demand,which can help to improve the comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness of students.However,the current teaching of German in colleges and universities still has problems such as outdated curricula,lagging behind in the cultivation of dual-teacher teachers,and dispersed resources.In order to solve the problems above,colleges and universities can promote the teaching reform of German majors by optimizing the curriculum,strengthening the team construction and integrating multiple resources,so as to achieve the deep integration of academics and practice.
