摘 要:该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法对高校篮球训练中的营养补充与恢复进行分析。研究发现,高校篮球训练中的营养补充本质上涉及供能系统与营养的关联、营养素对机能修复的促进作用、营养对运动表现的调节机制以及营养的协同作用原理。基于此,提出以下建议:在日常训练中应注重营养搭配,并特别关注赛前、赛中、赛后各阶段的营养补充;针对不同位置的球员,应制订个性化的营养补剂选用方案。该文详细阐述了高校篮球训练中的身体恢复策略,旨在为高校篮球训练中的营养补充与恢复提供理论借鉴与实践指导。The nutritional supplementation and recovery in college basketball training are analyzed by using methods of literature review,expert interview and logical analysis.The research found that the nutritional supplementation in college basketball training essentially involves the relationship between energy supply system and nutrition,the promoting effect of nutrients on functional repair,the regulatory mechanism of nutrition on sports performance,and the principle of synergistic effect of nutrition.Based on this,the following suggestions are proposed:In daily training,attention should be paid to nutritional matching,and special attention should be paid to the nutritional supplementation before,during and after the competition;Personalized nutritional supplement selection plans should be developed for players in different positions.This paper elaborates on the physical recovery strategies in college basketball training,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the nutrition supplementation and recovery in college basketball training.
