摘  要:学思践悟党的二十大精神,领会并把握八大范畴,将党的二十大精神落地生根、走深走实,付诸行动、见于实效。该文主要讨论指向学科核心素养培育的体育单元学习目标设计的实践研究。通过调查上海市杨浦区内5所全日制高中的30位体育教师在设计体育单元学习目标时的思路、步骤和方法,结合理论分析和实证研究,探讨培养学生体育与健康学科核心素养的设计思路和实施途径。旨在解决体育教师在设计单元学习时遇到的学习目标难以达成、教学设计难以落实、教学评价难以实施等现实问题。该文强调了体育教学中目标引领的重要性,并指出通过合理规划学习单元和设计学习目标,可以有效提升学生的体育与健康学科核心素养。The objective is to learn,think and practice the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,grasp and comprehend the eight categories of practice,implement and deepen the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,put it into action and see it in practice.This paper mainly discusses the practical research on the design of learning objectives of physical education units pointing to the cultivation of core literacy of disciplines.By investigating the ideas,steps and methods of 30 physical education teachers in 5 full-time high schools in Yangpu District of Shanghai in designing the learning objectives of physical education units.Then,through theoretical analysis and empirical research,this paper discusses the design ideas and implementation ways of cultivating students'core literacy of physical education and health.It aims to solve the practical problems encountered by Physical Education teachers in designing unit learning,such as difficultly in achieving learning goals,difficult implement of teaching design,and difficult implement teaching evaluation.It emphasizes the importance of"goal guidance"in Physical Education teaching,and points out that students'core literacy of physical education and health can be effectively improved by rationally planning learning units and designing learning objectives.
