市域产教联合体建设的创新机制与实践探索——以广西(柳州)汽车产教联合体为例

摘　　要：文章探讨了市域产教联合体作为一种新型职业教育组织形态所具有的区域性、多元参与、实体化运作和功能集成的核心特征,从组织架构、治理模式、资源整合与共享机制、政策与保障机制四个方面阐述了市域产教联合体创新机制的构建,并以广西(柳州)汽车产教联合体实体化运作的实践探索为例,进一步探究深化产教融合的有效举措,认为激发联合体内生动力、优化平台载体建设、促进资源集聚共享是未来深化产教融合的关键所在。This paper discusses the regional,multi-participation,materialized operation and functional integration of the municipal industry-education consortium as a new form of vocational education organization,and analyzes the construction of the innovation mechanism of the municipal industry-education consortium from four aspects:organizational structure,governance model,resource integration and sharing mechanism,policy and guarantee mechanism.Finally,it concludes that the key to deepen the integration of industry and education in the future is to stimulate the endogenous power of the consortium,build a platform carrier and promote resource agglomeration and sharing.
