摘  要:职业教育不仅与普通高等教育具有同等重要地位,更是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分。当前职业教育发展仍面临诸多挑战,主要包括缺乏社会认同、教育体系缺乏连贯性、知识转化能力不足等“三缺乏”困境。针对这些问题提出对策:一是提升职业院校人才培养质量,增强职业教育的社会认可度和影响力;二是深化职业教育评价改革,建立更加科学、合理的评价体系,促进职业教育与产业发展的深度融合;三是加强职业教育相关研究,探索适应新时代要求的职业教育发展模式,为增强职业教育适应性、推进职业教育改革提供有力支撑。Vocational education not only holds an equally important position as regular higher education,but is also an important component of the national education system and human resource development.However,the current development of vocational education still faces many challenges,mainly including the"three deficiencies"dilemma of lack of social recognition,lack of coherence in the education system,and insufficient ability to transform knowledge.Propose countermeasures to address these issues:firstly,improve the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,enhance the social recognition and influence of vocational education;secondly,deepen the reform of vocational education evaluation,establish a more scientific and reasonable evaluation system,and promote the deep integration of vocational education and industrial development;the third is to strengthen research on vocational education,explore development models that meet the requirements of the new era,and provide strong support for enhancing the adaptability of vocational education and promoting vocational education reform.
