摘 要:该文旨在探讨“四位一体”新质生产力视域下体育专业硕士研究生职业发展能力的培养问题。通过分析当前体育专业硕士研究生教育的现状,识别存在的问题,并结合新质生产力的特点,提出相应的培养策略和实践路径。研究表明,构建基于“四位一体”新质生产力的体育专业硕士研究生培养模式,并强化职业发展能力的培养,对于提升体育专业硕士研究生的综合素质及就业竞争力具有显著意义。具体措施包括优化课程设置、深化校企合作、强化实践教学以及优化教师队伍结构等,旨在为体育专业硕士研究生的职业发展能力培养提供参考与借鉴。The purpose of this paper is to discuss the cultivation of the professional development ability of the postgraduates of physical education major under the perspective of"four-in-one"new quality productivity.By the analysis of the current status of physical education postgraduates education,the existing problems are identified,and the corresponding training strategies and practice paths are put forward in combination with the characteristics of new quality productivity.The research holds that building a training model for postgraduates with professional degrees in physical education majors based on the"four-in-one"new quality productivity and strengthening the training of career development ability,has significant significance for improving the comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness of postgraduates with professional degrees in physical education major.The paper puts forward some concrete measures,such as optimizing the curriculum design,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,strengthening practical teaching and optimizing the construction of teachers,so as to provide reference for the training of the professional development ability of the postgraduates majoring in physical education.
