摘  要:青少年在面临学业压力、家庭期望及人际关系等多重困扰时,焦虑情绪已成为影响其身心健康发展的重要因素之一。作为一种有效的情绪调节手段,有氧运动训练能够通过改善身体健康状况和促进神经递质分泌,有效缓解焦虑情绪。该文旨在综合分析有氧运动训练缓解青少年焦虑的途径,并提出以下5项关键措施:精选符合青少年身心特点的运动项目;合理把控运动强度,以适应青少年身体机能;科学规划运动频率,以确保缓解效果的稳定性;营造积极的运动氛围,增加运动乐趣;将心理疏导融入运动训练,以深化情绪调节效果。When adolescents face multiple challenges such as pressures from academics,family expectations,and interpersonal relationships,anxiety has become one of the important factors impacting their physical and mental health development.As an effective emotional regulation method,aerobic exercise training effectively helps reduce anxiety by improving physical health and boosting neurotransmitters secretion.This paper aims to comprehensively analyze the ways in which aerobic exercise training can alleviate adolescent anxiety,and propose the following five key measures:Choosing exercises programs suited for the physical and mental characteristics of adolescents;Reasonably controlling intensity of exercise to adapt to the physical functions of adolescents;Scientifically planning exercise frequency to ensure the stability of the relief effect;Creating a positive sports atmosphere and increase the fun of exercise;Integrating mental counseling into sports training to deepen the effect of emotional regulation.
