摘  要:黄炎培职业教育思想精髓是“使无业者有业,使有业者乐业”,其与新时代职业教育人才培养目标耦合。职业院校以立德树人为根本任务,以培养全面发展的职业人才为主要目的,为社会输送高质量的劳动力,为国家培养高素质技术技能型人才。本文以黄炎培职业教育思想为指导思想,以“五育并举”育人理念为主要抓手,探究职业人才的培养路径,致力于培育学生高尚的品德、扎实的学识、强健的体魄、高雅的审美、劳动的习惯,不断丰富育人内涵,提升“五育并举”育人实效。“Enabling the unemployed to find employment and those employed to enjoy their work”is the essence of Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought,which aligns with the goal of modern vocational education in talent training.Vocational colleges prioritize moral education and the development of well-rounded professional talents,aiming to supply society with high-quality labor and the nation with high-caliber technical and skilled personnel.Guided by Huang Yanpei's vocational education philosophy and focusing on the approach to“equal development of education in five aspects”,this paper explores the methods for nurturing professional talents,striving to educate students with noble virtues,solid knowledge,robust health,refined aesthetics and a habit of labor,which continuously enriches the educational content and enhances the“equal development of education in five aspects”approach.
