摘 要:时代楷模精神是涵育时代新人的关键载体,从价值意蕴方面来看,时代楷模精神与时代新人存在着一定的内在联系;从现实状况来看,当前时代楷模精神存在融合共鸣少、教育理解偏差、多元参与度不够等问题。因此,用时代楷模精神涵育新时代青年建议从强化理论认同、持续引领影响、打造知识矩阵、扩充实践方向四个方面研究推进路径,逐步坚定时代新人的志气,鼓舞时代新人的士气,锤炼时代新人的骨气,增加时代新人的底气。通过多渠道教育路径,为培养坚定理想信念、高尚道德情操、深厚文化素养和社会责任感的新时代青年奠定坚实基础,对推动常态化教育提供参考。The spirit of the role model of the times is a key carrier for nurturing the new generation.The power of the role model spirit is enormous and infinite,and it can subtly inspire and drive people around it.From the perspective of value connotation,there is a certain internal connection between the spirit of the role model of the times and the new generation of the times;from the reality,there are problems with the current era s exemplary spirit,such as theoretical understanding gap,lack of deep emotional resonance,deviation in knowledge understanding,and insufficient participation in diversity.Therefore,it is suggested to develop young people in the new era with the spirit of the model of the times by strengthening the theoretical recognition of the spirit of the model of the times,continuing the leading influence of the spirit of the model of the times,creating a knowledge matrix of the spirit of the model of the times,and expanding the practical direction of the spirit of the model of the times.This will gradually strengthen the morale of the new generation,inspire their morale,temper their backbone,and increase their confidence.Through multi-channel education paths,a solid foundation is laid for cultivating young people in the new era with firm ideals and beliefs,noble moral character,profound cultural literacy,and a sense of social responsibility,providing reference for promoting effective normalized education for new generations.
