摘　　要：“十四五”规划明确提出加快数字化发展建设数字中国,数字经济与信创产业结合紧密。数字化是信创发展的新驱动,同时信创化为数字经济安全发展提供可靠底座。国家的一系列政策推动信创产业快速发展,必须加大力度引进与培养信创人才。目前高职院校信创人才培养面临与产业对接不足、人才培养体系不健全、教学资源缺乏等问题。以黄炎培职业教育思想中“教育救国”“社会化”“做学合一”等理念为指导,探索信创人才培养路径,培养计算机类专业信创人才。The“14th Five-year”Plan clearly proposes to accelerate digital development and build a digital China,with a close integration of the digital economy and the information technology's application and innovation industry.Digitalization is a new driving force for the development of information technology's application and innovation,and at the same time,its application and innovation provides a reliable foundation for the secure development of the digital economy.A series of national policies promote the rapid development for the industry of information technology's application and innovation,and it is necessary to increase efforts to introduce and develop talents in this field.At present,the training of talents in this field in vocational colleges is facing problems such as insufficient integration with the industry,an incomplete talent cultivation system,and a lack of teaching resources.Guided by Huang Yanpei s vocational education philosophy of“saving the country through education”,“socialization”,and“integrating work and learning”,the path for training talents in the information technology's application and innovation field is explored,aiming to develop professional computer-related talents of this kind.
