全媒体时代高校播音主持复合型人才培养模式探究

摘  要:党的二十大报告中提出“加强全媒体传播体系建设,塑造主流舆论新格局”,这对于高校播音与主持艺术专业培养模式提出了新的要求。本研究通过解读播音主持人才复合型技能不同时代的内涵,剖析当前高校播音专业人才培养目标与实践岗位所需人才之间的差距及造成该现象的原因;并通过调研访谈的形式,尝试得出全媒体时代播音主持人才技能复合、知识复合、技能复合的具体特征和综合素养。并从修订人才培养方案、创新新型师资队伍、革新实践教学课程、创新教学方法、转变评价思维等五个方面给出具体建议,为应用型高校播音与主持艺术专业在全媒体时代的复合型人才培养模式提供对策。The report of the 20th National Congress emphasizes the need to"strengthen the construction of an omni-media communication system and shape a new pattern of mainstream public opinion,"setting new requirements for the training models of broadcasting and hosting arts programs in higher education.This study interprets the evolving connotations of interdisciplinary skills required for broadcasting and hosting talents across different eras.It analyzes the gaps between the talent cultivation goals of current university broadcasting programs and the needs of practical job positions,as well as the underlying causes of these discrepancies.Through surveys and interviews,the study identifies the specific features and comprehensive competencies of interdisciplinary talent in broadcasting and hosting in the omni-media era,including skill integration,knowledge integration,and competency integration.The study offers concrete recommendations from four perspectives:revising talent cultivation plans,innovating teaching faculty,reforming practical teaching curricula,and transforming teaching methods and evaluation frameworks.These recommendations aim to provide strategies for cultivating interdisciplinary talents in broadcasting and hosting arts programs in application-oriented universities in the omni-media era.
