摘  要:设计了一个以金属有机框架材料(Metal-Organic Frameworks, MOFS)ZIF-8纳米颗粒为载体,负载杀虫剂噻虫胺的本科生植物化学保护实验。首先,采用常温水溶液一步法合成噻虫胺ZIF-8纳米颗粒,然后通过扫描电镜观察其微观形貌并对其控制释放规律进行表征。本实验可以帮助学生制备纳米农药的能力,熟悉控释农药剂型的特点,并掌握仪器设备的使用,使学生掌握纳米农药和控释农药两大植物化学保护前沿领域。同时,通过引导学生自主学习,自主设计实验方案,执行实验方案,本实验可以培养学生自主思考,自我总结的科研素养,以及科研探索的科研精神。An undergraduate experiment in plant chemical protection was devised utilizing Metal-Organic Frameworks(MOFs)with ZIF-8 nanoparticles embedded with the insecticide thiamethoxam.Initially,thiamethoxam-loaded ZIF-8 nanoparticles were synthesized through a one-step process employing an aqueous solution at ambient temperature,with their micro-morphology characterized via scanning electron microscopy to assess controlled release patterns.This experiment aims to enhance students'proficiency in the fabrication of nanopesticides,acquaint them with the characteristics of controlled release pesticide formulations,and develop their mastery in the utilization of relevant instrumentation,enabling them to grasp the two pivotal frontiers in phytochemical protection:nanopesticides and controlled release pesticides.Concurrently,by encouraging students to pursue autonomous learning,independently design and implement the experimental protocol,this experiment seeks to cultivate their scientific research literacy in independent thinking and self-reflection,alongside fostering a spirit of inquiry and exploration in scientific research.
