摘 要:以社会交换理论和社会认同理论为基石,选取了山东、浙江、广东、江苏等地的制造业企业员工作为研究样本,深入剖析了真实型领导风格、领导认同与组织绩效三者间的内在联系.研究得出:真实型领导风格对组织绩效具有显著的正向影响,且领导认同在两者之间扮演着部分中介的角色.此研究成果为制造业企业的持续健康发展提供了坚实基础,同时在领导风格抉择与组织绩效提升方面,给予了重要的理论支持和实践指导.Based on social exchange theory and social identity theory,the researchers selected employees from manufacturing enterprises in Shandong,Zhejiang,Guangdong,and Jiangsu as research samples to analyze the internal connections between authentic leadership style,leadership identification,and organizational performance.The research findings indicate that authentic leadership style has a significant positive impact on organizational performance,and leadership identification plays a partial mediating role between the two.The research results provide the solid foundation for the sustainable and healthy development of manufacturing enterprises and offers important theoretical support and practical guidance in choice of leadership style and improvement of organizational performance.
