核心素养导向的物理学师范生培养模式的构建——以洛阳师范学院物理学专业为例

摘  要:随着师范类专业认证工作的推进和《中学教育专业师范生教师职业能力标准(试行)》的颁布实施,构建以核心素养为导向的物理学师范生培养模式已成为提升教师教育质量、强化教师队伍建设的核心环节.针对当前物理学师范生培养存在的问题,如培养目标与职业脱节、课程体系失衡、课堂教学呆板及学业评价方式单一等,提出了一系列改进措施,包括优化培养目标、革新课程设置、优选教学内容、遴选教学方法、丰富学业评价方法及构建多元评估体系等,以期培养出更多既具备师德规范、深厚教育情怀,又掌握扎实物理知识、具备卓越物理素养,同时拥有出色的物理教育教学能力、物理课程育人能力、物理专业成长能力、班级指导能力、组织活动育人能力以及交流合作能力的优秀物理学教师,为推动我国教育事业的蓬勃发展贡献智慧和力量.With the advancement of teacher education program accreditation and the implementation of The Standards for Teachers’Professional Competence of Teacher Trainees Majoring in Secondary Education,constructing the core literacy-oriented training model for physics majors has become a key component in enhancing the quality of teacher education and strengthening the teacher workforce.In response to the existing issues in current education of teacher trainees in physics such as the disconnect between training objectives and professional practice,imbalanced curriculum systems,rigid classroom teaching,and singular academic assessment pattern,a series of improvement measures have been proposed.These measures include optimizing training objectives,innovating curriculum settings,selecting high-quality teaching contents,choosing effective teaching methods,enriching academic assessment approaches,and establishing the diversified evaluation system.Constructing the training model aims to educate more outstanding physics teachers who possess professional ethics,a deep passion for education,solid knowledge of physics,excellent physics literacy,strong teaching and educational competences in physics,curriculum development skills,professional growth potentials,class guidance abilities,organizational and educational skills,and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.These teachers are expected to make their contribution to the development of education.
