摘  要:伺服转台是雷达武器系统设计中的重要组成部分,是雷达天线系统的执行机构,主要包含机械结构和电气控制两部分,在集成化系统设计中,为了满足整体布局和高机动性的要求,对伺服转台有严格的尺寸及重量限制。本文针对某外贸型雷达的系统功能和指标要求,在有限的空间和重量约束下,基于格里森弧齿锥齿轮设计了二维伺服转台,将俯仰输出轴的驱动控制转化为对同轴的双轴差速控制,可以优化结构布局,改善走线路经,减小整体重量。另外,该结构形式方位和俯仰轴间存在耦合约束,首先需要在控制策略中进行解耦处理,然后在机构受力分析与计算的基础上进行交流电机驱动控制环路设计。最后,借助激光精密测角平台和图形化终端控制界面对二维转台展开测试。测试数据表明,该弧齿锥齿轮型二维转台具有基本的指向精度和速度平稳性,满足系统功能和指标要求,可为后续相关二维转台提供参考。The servo platform is an important part of the radar weapon system design,serving as the actuator for the radar antenna system.It mainly consists of mechanical structure and electrical control,and in the context of integrated system design,strict size and weight restrictions are imposed to meet the requirements of overall layout and high mobility.In this paper,based on the system function and performance requirements of a certain export radar,a two-dimensional servo platform was designed based on the Grison arc-toothed spur gears within the limited space and weight constraints.The drive control of the elevation output axis was transformed into dual-axis differential control of the coaxial axis,which can optimize the structural layout,improved the trajectory of the walk line,and reduced the overall weight.In addition,there was a coupling constraint between the azimuth and elevation axes in this structure form,which needed to be decoupled in the control strategy first,and then the AC motor drive control loop was designed based on the mechanical force analysis and calculation.Finally,the two-dimensional platform was tested using a laser precision angle measurement platform and a graphical terminal control interface.The test data showed that the arc-toothed spur gear-type two-dimensional platform had basic pointing accuracy and smooth speed,meeting the system function and performance requirements.It can provide reference for subsequent related two-dimensional platforms.
