摘 要:为探讨农村幼儿园教师职业压力与职业倦怠的关系,以及领悟社会支持对心理资本中介的调节作用,本研究对浙江省11个县市的2939名农村幼儿园教师进行问卷调查,通过采用幼儿教师职业压力问卷、心理资本量表、领悟社会支持量表、工作倦怠量测评表,利用工作需求-资源模型(JDR)深入分析影响职业倦怠的具体因素以及各变量之间的作用关系。结果表明:职业压力、心理资本、领悟社会支持、职业倦怠两两显著相关;职业压力可以显著正向预测农村幼儿园教师职业倦怠;心理资本在这一过程中发挥了部分中介作用。此外,领悟社会支持调节了职业压力预测职业倦怠的直接路径和心理资本中介的前后半路径,构成了一个有调节的中介模型。To explore the relationship between occupational stress and burnout among rural kindergarten teachers,as well as the moderating role of perceived social support on the mediation of psychological capital,a survey was conducted on 2939 rural kindergarten teachers in 11 counties and cities in Zhejiang Province.Occupational Stress Questionnaire for Preschool Teachers,Psychological Capital Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale,and Job Burnout Measurement Scale were utilized in the survey.By using the Job Demands-Resources(JD-R)model,specific factors influencing burnout and the relationships among variables were analyzed in depth.The results showed significant correlations between occupational stress,psychological capital,perceived social support,and burnout.Occupational stress positively predicted burnout among rural kindergarten teachers,with psychological capital playing a partial mediating role in this process.Furthermore,perceived social support moderated the direct path from occupational stress to burnout and the front and back paths of the mediation of psychological capital,forming a moderated mediation model.
