儿童友好视角下澳大利亚幼小衔接的经验与启示

摘  要:幼儿园与小学的科学衔接已成为国际学前教育所关注的重点议题。但是在幼小衔接的实际工作中,成人往往以主导者的视角从结果导向出发掌握着其中的话语权,儿童友好视角下的幼小衔接工作存在诸多问题,如何基于儿童友好视角更为高效合理地实现幼小衔接是当前亟待解决的问题。通过对澳大利亚幼小衔接体系的分析,发现澳大利亚幼小衔接注重从儿童友好的视角强调学习的连续性、倾听儿童的意见、重视多方合作、关注弱势儿童等。这为我们探寻本土化幼小衔接治理体系与质量提升机制提供了有益的启发。The scientific transition between kindergarten and elementary school has become a key topic of concern for international preschool education.However,in the actual work of kindergarten and primary school transition,adults often take the dominant perspective and hold the right to speak from the result-oriented perspective,and there are many problems in the kindergarten and primary school transition under the child-friendly perspective.It's imperative to address how to achieve a more efficient and reasonable kindergarten-primary school transition based on a child-friendly approach..Analyzing the Australian kindergarten-primary school transition system,it is found that Australian kindergarten-primary school transition focuses on emphasizing the continuity of learning,listening to children's opinions,valuing collaboration from multiple parties,and paying attention to disadvantaged children from a child-friendly perspective.This provides valuable inspiration for exploring localized governance systems and quality improvement mechanisms for kindergarten-primary school transition in our own context.
