摘　　要：当前,高职女大学生相较于男生更难找到较为理想、能达到心理预期的工作,就业层次相对较低。在对所在南京市属高职院校2022一2024年数据进行总结分析以及开展问卷调查、访谈等实证研究基础上,分析高职院校女大学生存在的就业困境:客观上的学历、性别、社会环境、用人单位等各方面因素加大其就业难度,主观上的思想困惑、就业观念等也会影响其就业选择。因此,国家应加强宣传引导、强化监督管理,社会须转变用人观念、深挖岗位资源,相关院校要优化人才培养、加强就业与创业指导,高职女大学生自身则需增强就业自信、重塑科学就业观念。Female vocational college students currently face greater difficulties than their male counterparts in finding ideal jobs that meet their psychological expectations,resulting in relatively lower employment levels.Based on the analysis of data from the municipal vocational college of Nanjing from 2022 to 2024,as well as empirical research conducted through surveys and interviews,this paper examines the employment challenges faced by female vocational college students.Objectively,various factors such as educational qualifications,gender,social environment,and employer preferences increase the dificulty of their job search.Subjectively,their confusion in mindset and employment beliefs also influence their employment choices.Therefore,the government should enhance publicity and guidance,strengthen supervision and management,and society needs to change its perceptions of employment and explore job resources more deeply.Relevant colleges should optimize talent cultivation and strengthen employment guidance,while female vocational college students themselves should work on building employment confidence and cultivating rational employment views.
