德育视角下中华优秀传统文化融入大学生劳动教育标准化路径研究

摘　　要：近年来,党和国家高度重视劳动教育,并相继出台了一系列政策文件,对劳动教育的目标、内容和实施方式进行了明确规范。劳动教育作为中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,对于培养大学生的劳动精神、职业道德和社会责任感具有重要意义。将中华优秀传统文化融入大学生劳动教育,不仅可以丰富劳动教育的内涵,还可以帮助大学生树立正确的劳动观念。基于此,本文在德育视角下,探讨了中华优秀传统文化如何有效融入大学生劳动教育的标准化路径,旨在提升大学生劳动素养,并促进中华优秀传统文化的传承与发展。In recent years,the Party and the state have attached great importance to labor education and have successively issued a series of policy documents to clarify and regulate the goals,content,and implementation methods of labor education.As an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,labor education is of great significance in cultivating college students’labor spirit,professional ethics,and sense of social responsibility.Integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into college students’labor education can not only enrich the connotation of labor education,but also help college students establish correct labor concepts.Based on this,this article explores the standardization path of how to effectively integrate excellent traditional Chinese culture into labor education for college students from the perspective of moral education,aiming to enhance their labor quality and promote the inheritance and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture.
