摘 要:目的:以基础护理学课程为例,探讨“课程思政”模式在高职护理教学中的应用。方法:选取2021年9月至2023年9月运城护理职业学院护理专业2个年级的300名参加基础护理学课程学习的护生为研究对象,按年级分为对照组(n=154)和观察组(n=146),将2021级护生纳入对照组,进行常规教学,将2022级护生纳入观察组,在对照组基础上给予课程思政理念模式教学。学年初与学期末,采用护理软技能测评表、护生职业认同量表(PIQNS)调查护生软技能、职业认同感。学期末,比较两组教学效果(理论知识与实训技能考核成绩)、教育环境(教育环境量表,DREEM)。结果:实施后,观察组理论知识与技能成绩、软技能、PIQNS、DREEM评分较实施前均升高,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施“课程思政”模式有助于提升基础护理学的教学质量,培养护生专业素养,应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the application of“curriculum ideology and politics”model in nursing teaching in higher vocational colleges,taking basic nursing course as an example.Methods:A total of 300 nursing students from 2 grades of nursing major in Yuncheng Vocational Nursing College from September 2021 to September 2023 who participated in basic nursing courses were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(n=154)and the observation group(n=146)according to their grades.The nursing students from grade 2021 were included in the control group for routine teaching.The nursing students of grade 2022 were included in the observation group,and given the ideological and political concept teaching model on the basis of the control group.At the beginning of the school year and at the end of the semester,nursing students’soft skills and professional identity were investigated by nursing soft skill assessment form and nursing students’professional identity scale(PIQNS).At the end of the semester,the teaching effect(assessment scores of theoretical knowledge and practical training skills)and educational environment(educational environment scale,DREEM)of the two groups were compared.Results:After implementation,the scores of theoretical knowledge and skills,soft skills,PIQNS and DREEM in the observation group were higher than those before implementation,and higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of“curriculum ideology and politics”model is helpful to improve the teaching quality of basic nursing science,and cultivate nursing students’professional quality,which has high application value.
