急诊科规范化护理带教模式优化策略研究

摘  要:目的:研究将急诊科规范化带教模式优化策略应用于急诊科带教中的作用。方法:选择2023年的55例护生作为对照组,均采用常规的带教模式进行带教,选择2024年的55例护生作为观察组,均采用急诊科规范化护理带教模式优化策略进行带教,对比两组的带教效果。结果:观察组护生的考核成绩比对照组明显更高(P<0.05);观察组的观察判断、应急处理、应急配合能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将急诊科规范化护理带教模式优化策略应用于急诊科带教中,有助于提升护生的考核成绩,提高其观察判断、应急处理和应急配合能力。Objective:To study the effect of applying the optimization strategy of standardized nursing teaching mode in emergency department.Methods:55 nursing students in 2023 were selected as the control group,and all of them were taught by conventional teaching mode;55 nursing students in 2024 were selected as the observation group,and all of them were taught by optimization strategy of standardized nursing teaching mode in emergency department.The effect of teaching was compared between the two groups.Results:The examination scores of nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ability of observation judgment,emergency treatment and emergency cooperation in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the optimization strategy of standardized nursing teaching mode in emergency department is helpful to improve the assessment results of nursing students,improve their ability of observation and judgment,emergency treatment and emergency cooperation.
