摘  要:精细化工在现代化工领域中占据重要地位,对人才需求不断提升。校企协同育人机制能够高效融合双方优势资源,显著提升教育教学质量,培养成高素质人才。校企合作建设课程能有效解决课程内容陈旧、实践性不强、与行业关联不紧密等问题。文章以精细化工反应工程与设备课程为例,介绍校企协同育人模式下的课程改革,通过丰富课程内容,增加实践项目等手段,巩固学生对知识和技能的掌握,提高学生对行业的认知和就业竞争力。Fine chemical industry occupies an important position in the field of modern chemical industry,and the demand for talents is constantly increasing.The school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism can efficiently integrate the superior resources of both sides,significantly improve the quality of education and teaching,and cultivate high-quality talents.The school-enterprise cooperation construction course can effectively solve the problems such as outdated content,weak practicality,and not closely related to the industry.This paper takes the fine chemical reaction engineering and equipment course as an example to introduce the curriculum reform under the school-enterprise collaborative education model.By enriching the course content,adding practical projects and other means,students can consolidate their mastery of knowledge and skills,improve their cognition of the industry and employment competitiveness.
