摘　　要：目的 探讨蜂蜜作为润滑剂在间歇性经口至食管管饲法(IOE)中的应用效果。方法 研究纳入了60例需要IOE置管的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组(各30例),对照组采用液态石蜡作为润滑剂进行IOE置管,观察组采用蜂蜜作为润滑剂进行IOE置管。结果 在置管过程中,观察组患者经历的恶心、呛咳、呕吐和疼痛的发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的一次性置管成功率比较,观察组成功率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在置管所需时间上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采用蜂蜜作为间歇性经口至食管插管过程中的润滑剂,不仅安全性高,而且能够显著降低患者的疼痛与不适感,这种方法值得在临床治疗中广泛推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of honey as a lubricant in the intermittent oral to esophageal(IOE)tube feeding method.Methods A total of 60 patients in need of IOE tube placement were randomly assigned to a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30).Liquid paraffin was used as the lubricant in the control group,while honey was applied in the observation group.Results The incidence rates of nausea,choking,vomiting,and pain experienced during intubation were significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of one-time intubation was higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the time required for intubation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Honey is a safe and effective lubricant for intermittent oral to esophageal tube placement,significantly reducing patient discomfort and pain,and it has clinical value for promotion.
