摘　　要：报告1例痣样基底细胞癌综合征。患者女,47岁,因全身多发无症状结节、肿物10年余就诊。患者既往有双侧上下颌骨囊肿病史。皮肤科检查:面部、躯干、四肢多发大小不一蓝黑色、黑褐色结节和肿物。手掌、脚底见点状凹陷。皮损组织病理检查:真皮内肿瘤团块呈大小不等的结节状增生,瘤体由基底样细胞组成,肿瘤周边细胞呈栅栏状排列。诊断:痣样基底细胞癌综合征。予手术切除较大的基底细胞癌病变,局部使用5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗其余的基底细胞癌病变。随访4个月余,未复发。A case of nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome is reported.A 47-year-old woman presented with a 10-year history of widespread asymptomatic nodules.Dermatological examination showed multiple hyperpigmented nodules and papules on the face,trunk,and limbs.Moreover,pits were seen on the palms and soles.Histopathological examination showed the dermal tumor masses with nodular hyperplasia of varying sizes.The tumor body was composed of basaloid cells with peripheral palisading.The patient was diagnosed with nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome.The large tumors were completely removed by resection,and topical 5%imiquimod cream was used to treat the rest of BCCs.No recurrence was observed during the 4-month follow-up.
