职业教育促进新质生产力发展路径浅析

摘  要:新质生产力发展需要职业院校输送高质量技能人才,职业教育改革发展也需要对标新质生产力发展需求顺势而动。当前,职业教育在促进新质生产力发展方面还存在校内动力与校外推力不同频、教育体系与产业结构不匹配、培养水平与社会需求不对等困境,需要从促进多方参与、完善体系建设、提升办学质量等多方面入手,加快提升职业教育办学水平,促进新质生产力快速发展。The development of new productive forces requires vocational colleges to supply high-quality skilled talents,and the reform and development of vocational education also need to align with the development demands of new productive forces and move along with the trend.At present,vocational education still faces dilemmas in promoting the development of new productive forces,such as the misalignment between the internal driving force within schools and the external impetus outside schools,the mismatch between the education system and the industrial structure,and the inequality between the cultivation level and social demands.It is necessary to start from various aspects,such as promoting the participation of multiple parties,improving the system construction,and enhancing the school-running quality,to accelerate the improvement of the school-running level of vocational education and promote the rapid development of new productive forces.
