摘 要:针对香烟硬质条盒专用包装机组缺乏和智能化程度较低的问题,本研究对包装机组的装盒、贴标、裹包等包装过程展开分析,提出了一套机电一体化包装机组控制系统。以三菱可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为控制核心,结合通信模块、伺服电机驱动系统和触摸屏人机界面等实现对包装机组的自动控制,并采取PID控制策略对电机调速,利用Matlab平台对伺服系统进行建模并仿真分析。结果表明,在1.5s位置突变时,转速和转矩等参数能在较短时间内达到稳定,稳态误差小,响应迅速,控制效果较好;包装机组系统整体运行率达98.15%,合格率为99.03%,生产能力约为9600包/时,满足生产要求。本研究所设计的包装机组控制系统结构简单、紧凑,自动化和智能化程度高,应用前景广阔。In response to the lack of specialized packaging units for cigarette hard case and the low level of intelligence,the packaging processes such as packaging,labeling,and wrapping of the packaging units were analyzed,and a control system for electromechanical integrated packaging units was proposed.By using Mitsubishi PLC as the control core,combined with communication modules,servo motor drive system,and touch screen human-machine interface,automatic control of the packaging unit was achieved.PID control strategy was adopted to regulate the motor speed,and Matlab was used to model and simulate the servo system.The results showed that when the position of 1.5s suddenly changes,the parameters such as speed and torque can reach stability in a short time,with small steady-state error,rapid response,and good control effect.The overall operating rate of the packaging unit system is 98.15%,with a qualification rate of 99.03%,and a production capacity of approximately 9600 packages per hour,meeting production requirements.The packaging unit control system designed by this research has a simple and compact structure,high degree of automation and intelligence,and broad application prospects.
