摘 要:随着国家产业政策的调整,建筑设计行业下行成为新常态。文章以广州大学建筑设计创新教学团队建设为例,提出了地方高校建筑学专业设计教学团队的建设思路和措施,即增强设计课教学目标的普适性,以开拓创意思维能力和加强个性化能力为抓手,提高学生未来应对不同职业发展需求的能力;增强团队教师科研与教学的结合度;建设更加合理的开放性教学团队,做到有效衔接、双师并重。经过持续的团队建设探索实践,在专业人才培养和教师发展上取得优良成效。With the adjustment of national industrial policies,the decline of the architectural design industry has become the new normal.This paper takes the construction of the innovative architectural design teaching team at Guangzhou University as an example,and proposes construction ideas and measures for the design teaching teams of architecture majors at local universities.These include enhancing the universality of design course teaching objectives,using the development of creative thinking and the strengthening of personalized abilities as focal points to improve students'ability to meet diverse career development needs;enhancing the integration of scientific research and teaching among team members;and building a more reasonable and open teaching team to achieve effective linkage and equal emphasis on dual roles.Through continuous exploration and practice in team building,significant results have been achieved in professional talent cultivation and teacher development.
