高职院校资助育人实践路径探析

摘　　要：资助育人是高职院校开展育人工作的重要环节,是落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径,是促进学生成长成才的重要手段,文章通过分析高职院校资助工作现状,探究高职院校资助育人工作存在的重要问题,并提出相应的资助育人路径,创新资助工作方法,丰富资助育人形式,提升资助育人实效,达到资助育人目的。Financial aid for student development is an important part of the educational work in higher vocational colleges,an essential approach to fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent,and a significant means to promote students'growth and success.This article analyzes the current situation of financial aid in higher vocational colleges,explores the key issues existing in the financial aid for student development work,and proposes corresponding paths for financial aid for student development,innovates financial aid methods,enriches the forms of financial aid for student development,and enhances the effectiveness of financial aid for student development to achieve the goal of financial aid for student development.
