精准就业视域下高职院校就业指导课程改革探究

摘　　要：大学生职业规划与就业指导是帮助学生明确职业方向,提升就业竞争力的系统工程。文章结合职业教育“三教”改革的重点与要求,以精准就业视域为突破口,通过量化课程目标、优化课程内容、创新教学方法、加强师资建设等方法,有针对性地解决“谁来教、教什么、如何教”的困境,破解高职院校在就业指导课程上遇到的问题,为学生就业发展奠定基础。Career planning and employment guidance for college students is a systematic project aimed at helping students clarify their career directions and enhance their employment competitiveness.This article,in light of the key points and requirements of the"three teaching methods"reform in vocational education,takes the perspective of precise employment as the breakthrough point.By means of quantifying course objectives,optimizing course contents,innovating teaching methods,and strengthening faculty building,it tackles the predicament of"who will teach,what to teach,and how to teach"in a targeted manner,resolves the problems encountered by vocational colleges in employment guidance courses,and lays a foundation for students'employment development.
