产教融合视域下职业教育现场工程师培养路径研究

摘  要:职业教育现场工程师计划的提出是新时代发展背景下产业数字化转型升级对高素质人才的必然要求,而产教融合、校企合作是计划实施的重要抓手。通过校企联合成立现场工程师学院、专业产业互融对接、多元主体协同育人和推进标准共建共施,能够有效缓解职业教育产教融合人才培养面临的培养目标模糊、人才输出不畅、培养环境缺失和评估标准不一等问题。The proposal of the vocational education on-site engineer plan is an inevitable requirement for high-quality talents under the background of industrial digital transformation and upgrading in the new erar and the integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation are important points for the implementation of the plan.At present,the training of talents with integration of industry and education in vocational education is faced with such problems as vague training objectives,poor output of talentsr lack of training environment and different evaluation stan-dards.This paper proposes the methods of establishing on-site engineer colleges jointly by schools and enterprises,in-tegrating and docking professional industries,coordinating education of multiple subjects and promoting joint construc-tion and application of standards,and puts forward a path reference for on-site engineer talent training.
