摘  要:近年来,耳内科学在国内得到了广泛的推广与发展,但耳内科专科医师数量远不能满足日益增长的临床需求,规范化培训是耳内科医师成长的必经之路,中国人民解放军总医院自2008年成立耳内科专病病房以来,一直致力于耳内专科医师规范化培训教学体系建设,本文从岗位胜任力要求、教学内容优化、教学模式探索、教学评价体系完善、师资队伍建设等方面总结我院在耳内科规培医师教学中的探索经验,旨在为国内耳内科医师规范化培训提供借鉴和参考。In recent years,internal medicine otology has been widely promoted and developed in China.However,the number of internal medicine otology specialists remains far from meeting the growing clinical demands.Standardized training is a necessary path for the training of otology physicians.Since the establishment of the internal medicine otology division in 2008,the Chinese PLA General Hospital has been committed to the construction of a standardized training system for internal medicine otology specialists.This article summarizes the experience of our hospital in such efforts,including competency requirements,optimization of teaching content,exploration of teaching models,improvement of the teaching evaluation system and construction of the teaching team.The aim is to provide guidance for establishing similar programs in China.
