摘  要:“双减”政策的颁布,为持续推动素质教育、提升教育教学质量提供了宝贵契机,对推动义务教育的高质量发展有重要意义。以“双减”政策下生物学科课后服务的实践为背景,借助问卷调查了30所北京市市属中小学校的880名参与生物课后服务的学生,并访谈了参与授课的47名生物教师。通过综合调研,发现现阶段生物学科课后服务存在核心素养引导不到位、教学模式固化、师资队伍培训较薄弱、教学评价机制不健全等问题。学校今后要合理规划课程内容、拓展“双减”授课渠道、构建科学有效的评价机制,以进一步提升生物学科课后服务质量,为持续做好科学教育加法提供新的思考和发展方向。The promulgation of the“double reduction”policy provides a valuable opportunity for continuously promoting quality education and improving the quality of teaching,and is also of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of compulsory education.Based on the practice of after-school service of biology under the“double reduction”policy,this paper investigates 880 students participating in after-school service of biology in 30 primary and secondary schools in Beijing,and interviews 47 biology teachers participating in the teaching.Through comprehensive investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the after-school service of biology at the present stage,such as inadequate guidance of core literacy,solidification of teaching mode,weak training of teaching staff,and imperfect teaching evaluation mechanism.In the future,the school should rationally plan the course content,expand the teaching channels of“double reduction”,and construct a scientific and effective evaluation mechanism,so as to further improve the quality of after-school service of biology,and provide new thinking and development direction for the continuous addition of science education.
