摘　　要：岗位见习是能源与动力工程专业教育必不可少的一环,能够为学员提供宝贵的实践机会,它在注重理论与实践紧密结合的同时,还有效拓展了学员的视野。但目前能源与动力工程专业岗位见习教学仍存在一些问题。基于OBE理念,融合现有的教学资源,对岗位见习进行了改革,改革措施包括调整见习内容、设计教学过程、采用综合考核评价等。通过教学方法改革,对照学习成果目标,学员在专业知识获取、岗位任职能力提升、专业素质养成三个方面效果明显。同时,见习基地建设得到了深化,教师校外见习组织协调能力得到了锻炼。Job internship is an indispensable part of the education of energy and power engineering,which can provide valuable practical opportunities for students,and broaden their horizons while focusing on the combination of science and practice.However,there are still some problems in the teaching process of job internship for energy and power engineering majors.Based on the teaching method of OBE concept and the integration of existing teaching resources,this paper carries out the reform of job internship,which mainly includes the adjustment of internship content,the design of teaching process,and the comprehensive assessment and evaluation of courses.Through the reform of teaching methods and the target of learning results,the students have obvious results in three aspects:professional knowledge acquisition,job holding ability improvement and professional quality cultivation.At the same time,the construction of internship base has been deepened,and the ability of teachers to organize and coordinate off-campus internship has been exercised.
