摘  要:“食品营养学”是浙江科技大学食品科学与工程专业的核心课,受众面广、关注度高,是一门应用性和工程性很强的课程,且蕴含丰富的思政元素。教学团队始终秉持“把握教育规律,将思想政治教育有机融入教育教学各个环节,把课程思政落到实处、植入心田”的教育使命,结合应用型人才培养的需要,采取了多项创新举措,探索如何在“食品营养学”课程中践行成果导向教育理念,并达到将思想政治教育润物无声地融入教学各环节的目标,探究构建“食品营养学”与“互联网+思政”深度融合的育人模式,推动课程教学改革和实践。Food Nutrition is a core course in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology.It not only has a wide audience and high attention,but also possesses strong features of engineering and application with rich ideological and political elements.Teaching team adhered to the educational philosophy of“grasping the laws of education,integrating ideological and political education into all aspects of education,implementing ideological and political education into practice and implanting into heart”.In combination with the demands for cultivating applied talents,multiple innovations have been taken to explore how to make the course practice the OBE concept and achieve the goal of the ideological and political education.In addition,the construction of an educational model that teaching and practice of integrating OBE concept with“internet+ideological and political education”is explored,thereby promoting curriculum teaching reform and practice.
