摘  要:我国研究生教育总体上呈现出快速发展的态势。当前,随着经济增长的日渐稳定,社会对研究生教育提出了新的要求。然而,社会上层出不穷的师生关系存在现实变异,不仅已成为广大群众关注的焦点,更引发社会对于师生关系构建方式的深思。研究生导师作为育人育才的主力军,是研究生教育的第一责任人,必须担负起培养人才建设创新型国家的使命。通过把握新时代研究生导师的角色定位,主张构建“师生共同体”意识,传承“传道授业解惑”使命。Chinese postgraduate education has generally shown a rapid development trend.However,there are actual variations in the teacher-student relationship which has not only become the focus of attention of the general public,but also triggered the society to think deeply about the construction of teacher-student relationship.As the main force of educating people and talents,graduate supervisors are the“first responsible persons”of postgraduate education,and must undertake the mission of cultivating talents and building an innovative country.This paper grasps the role of graduate tutors in the new era,advocates building a sense of“teacher-student community”,and inherits the mission of“imparting knowledge,teaching skills and resolving doubts”.
