摘  要:为加强本科生对工程传热学中辐射换热基础知识的理解与应用,设计了表面辐射换热系列实验项目,包括辐射热流计修正系数测试、平方反比定律验证、视角因子测量、Stefan-Boltzmann定律验证、灰体表面发射率测量、遮挡几何关系影响研究6项实验内容。实验教学所用的实验台架由传热测控仪、热流计、高温热源等部件组成,结构科学、精度较高、操作简便,在实际教学过程中取得了较好成效。In order to strengthen undergraduates'understanding and application of the basic knowledge of radiation heat transfer in engineering heat transfer,a series of experimental projects of surface radiation heat transfer are designed.There are 6 experimental contents:radiation heat flux meter correction coefficient test,inverse square law verification,angle of view factor measurement,Stefan-Boltzmann Law verification,gray body surface emissivity measurement and occlusion geometry relationship influence study.The experimental bench is composed of heat transfer measurement and control instrument,heat flow meter,high temperature heat source and other components.The structure is scientific,the precision is high,the operation is simple,and good results have been achieved in the actual teaching process.
