摘 要:近20年来,上海市中小学积极探索德育现代化,形成了由民族精神教育和生命教育构成的“两纲”教育体系,以及大中小德育横向贯通、纵向衔接的一体化结构,在理论和实践上对民族精神的文化认同、现代公民的身心健康以及德育的有效性做了深入的探索,并为我国德育现代化积累了有益的经验:顶层设计应科学且具有可操作性;时代性的德育内容和丰富的德育方式相得益彰;注重利用各种教育合力;培养支持性的师资力量,为德育现代化提供持续动力。Over the past 20 years,primary and secondary schools in Shanghai have actively explored the modernization of moral education,forming a“two guidelines”educational system that emphasizes national spirit education and life education,featuring an integrated structure of horizontal connection and vertical cohesion of moral education across primary,secondary schools and colleges.In both theory and practice,significant progress has been made in fostering cultural identity with national spirit,enhancing modern citizens’physical and mental well-being,and improving the effectiveness of moral education.Valuable experiences have been accumulated for the modernization of moral education in our country,which include scientifically practical top-level designs,contemporary moral education content complementing rich moral education methods,the utilization of various collaborative educational forces,and the cultivation of supportive teachers to sustain continually the modernization of moral education.
