摘 要:教师悬浮内卷现象是教师在追求职业进步与教育成就过程中出现的身份游离与自我消耗趋势。面对努力似乎无果、心理资源逐渐耗尽的困境,不少教师选择采用“减速”策略,教师群体中逐渐呈现出思维观念上角色定位偏差、主体利益上目标导向失衡、情感表达上专业热情受阻等悬浮内卷现象表征。该现象的出现受到认知与环境脱嵌、评价异化和心理耗竭等多维影响。为有效应对并破解教师悬浮内卷现象,需要从深化教师自我认同、重构教师评价规约和实现教师自我超越等方面做出努力,进而推动教师群体积极成长、主体回归与生命力焕发。The phenomenon of teacher’s suspended involution refers to the trend of identity detachment and self-depletion that teachers experience in their pursuit of professional progress and educational achievements.Facing with the predicament of seemingly fruitless efforts and the gradual depletion of psychological resources,many teachers adopt a“deceleration”strategy to cope with this dilemma.Consequently,manifestations of suspended involution emerge within the teacher community,including role misalignment in terms of mindset,target orientation imbalance in terms of personal interests,and impediments to professional enthusiasm in emotional expression.The emergence of this phenomenon is influenced by multiple factors,such as cognitive and environmental detachment,evaluation alienation,and psychological exhaustion.To effectively address and resolve such an issue,efforts are needed to enhance teachers’self-identity,reconstruct teacher evaluation norms,and achieve self-transcendence,thus ultimately promoting positive growth,subjectivity regression,and vitality rejuvenation among teachers.
