单宁酸、鞣花酸和没食子酸对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化功能的影响

摘  要:本试验旨在探究饲粮中添加单宁酸、鞣花酸和没食子酸对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标和抗氧化功能的影响。选取336只1日龄雄性爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡,随机分为4个组,每组7个重复,每个重复12只。对照组(CON组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂基础饲粮+300 mg/kg单宁酸(TA组)、基础饲粮+300 mg/kg鞣花酸(EA组)和基础饲粮+300 mg/kg没食子酸(GA组)。试验期38 d。结果表明:1)与CON组相比,EA组21日龄体重以及1~21日龄平均日增重和平均日采食量显著降低(P<0.05),1~21日龄料重比显著增加(P<0.05),1~38日龄平均日采食量显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与CON组相比,TA组和EA组38日龄脾脏指数有增加的趋势(P=0.084)。3)与CON组相比,TA组21日龄粪便含水量显著降低(P<0.05)。4)与CON组相比,GA组半净膛率显著提高(P<0.05),全净膛率有提高的趋势(P=0.053);EA组腹脂率显著提高(P<0.05)。5)与CON组相比,TA组、EA组和GA组21日龄血清谷草转氨酶活性均显著降低(P<0.05);EA组和GA组21日龄血清谷草转氨酶/谷丙转氨酶显著降低(P<0.05);TA组和GA组21日龄血清葡萄糖和甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清高密度脂蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05)。6)与CON组相比,EA组38日龄肉鸡空肠黏膜过氧化氢酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),GA组38日龄血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著升高(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加单宁酸可以降低肉鸡粪便含水量,具有收敛作用,还可以在一定程度上促进肝脏脂质代谢;饲粮中添加鞣花酸可以提高肉鸡抗氧化功能;饲粮中添加没食子酸可以提高肉鸡屠宰性能和抗氧化功能;饲粮中添加单宁酸、鞣花酸和没食子酸均可以降低血清中谷草转氨酶活性,具有一定缓解肝细胞损伤的作用。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary tannic acid,ellagic acid and gallic acid on growth performance,slaughter performance,serum biochemical indexes and antioxidant function of broilers.A total of 336 one-day-old male Arbor Acres(AA)broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 7 replicates per group and 12 broilers per replicate.The control group(CON group)was fed a basal diet,and the experimental groups were fed basal diet+300 mg/kg tannic acid(TA group),basal diet+300 mg/kg ellagic acid(EA group)and basal diet+300 mg/kg gallic acid(GA group),respectively.The experiment lasted for 38 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with CON group,the body weight at 21 days of age and average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake during 1 to 21 days of age of EA group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the feed to gain ratio during 1 to 21 days of age was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the average daily feed intake during 1 to 38 days of age was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with CON group,the spleen index at 38 days of age of TA and EA groups was trend to increase(P=0.084).3)Compared with the CON group,the fecal moisture content at 21 days of age of TA group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).4)Compared with CON group,the semi-eviscerated percentage of GA group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the eviscerated percentage was trend to increase(P=0.053);the abdominal fat percentage of EA group was significantly increased(P<0.05).5)Compared with CON group,the serum aspartate aminotransferase activity at 21 days of age of TA,EA and GA groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the serum aspartate aminotransferase/alanine aminotransferase at 21 days of age of EA and GA groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the contents of glucose and triglyceride in serum at 21 days of age of TA and GA groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum high density lipoprotein content was significantly increased(P<0.05).6)Compared with CON group,the jeju
