摘 要:试验旨在研究番茄红素(LP)对夏季高温环境下肉兔生长、血清生化指标、免疫性能和抗氧化能力的影响。选择120只健康的45日龄伊拉肉兔,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复4只肉兔。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂分别添加5、10、15和20 mg/kg LP的试验饲粮。预试期1 w,正式试验期5 w。结果显示:添加不同剂量的LP显著提高了肉兔平均日增重,显著降低了料重比(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,10和20 mg/kg LP组肉兔血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量显著降低(P<0.05),5 mg/kg LP组的血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著提升(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,15和20 mg/kg LP组的血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著提高(P<0.05),10 mg/kg LP组的血清和肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量及20 mg/kg LP组肝脏MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加LP可以提高肉兔生长性能,调节脂质代谢,改善夏季家兔的抗氧化能力,LP的适宜添加水平为10~20 mg/kg。The study aimed to investigate the effects of lycopene(LP)on the growth,serum biochemical indexes,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of meat rabbits under high-temperature conditions in summer.A total of 120 healthy 45-day-old Ira meat rabbits were selected and randomly divided into five groups,with six replicates per group and four rabbits per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while the experimental groups were fed diets supplemented with 5,10,15,and 20 mg/kg of LP,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for one week,and the formal trial period lasted for five weeks.The results showed that the addition of different doses of LP significantly increased the average daily weight gain of meat rabbits,and significantly decreased the feed-to-weight ratio(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)content in the 10 and 20 mg/kg LP groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)content in the 5 mg/kg LP group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of serum and the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in the liver were significantly increased in the 15 and 20 mg/kg LP groups(P<0.05),and the serum and liver malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the 10 mg/kg LP group and the liver MDA content in the 20 mg/kg LP group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of LP to the diet can improve the growth performance of meat rabbits,regulate lipid metabolism,and enhance the antioxidant capacity of rabbits in summer.The appropriate addition level of LP is 10~20 mg/kg.
