摘 要:职业教育终结性评价如择优排序和等级鉴定等,容易导致评价的片面性,不利于技术技能人才的培养。文章从学生本位出发,构建涵盖基本素质、能力性增长、社会性增长和经济性增长4个维度,11个二级指标和23个三级指标的增值评价指标体系,并从评价主体、评价方式、结果应用、数据来源等多个方面进行针对性、可行性和科学性的论证,旨在对高职学生在知识、技能、素质等方面的增值情况开展更加科学合理的评价,以期为学生提供更加及时有效的引导和指导,促进学生成长成才。The summative evaluation of vocational education,such as selective sorting and grade assessment,can easily lead to one sidedness in the evaluation,which is not conducive to the cultivation of technical and skilled talents.Starting from a student-centered perspective,this article constructs a value-added evaluation index system that covers four dimensions:basic qualities,ability growth,social growth,and economic growth,with 11 secondary indicators and 23 tertiary indicators.It provides targeted,feasible,and scientific arguments from multiple aspects such as evaluation subjects,evaluation methods,result applications,and data sources,aiming to conduct a more scientific and reasonable evaluation of the value-added situation of vocational college students in terms of knowledge,skills,and qualities,in order to provide students with more timely and effective guidance and promote their growth and development.
