我国农类高校继续教育协同发展策略研究

摘　　要：随着我国农业向现代农业转型的关键时期,需要大量具备创新意识、专业技能和综合素养的高素质农业人才,而继续教育能够为广大农民提供先进知识和技能培训,提升其在农业生产、经营管理等方面的能力。以我国农类高校继续教育协同发展为研究对象,深入分析了继续教育协同发展的现状,发现协同发展的理念与意识不足、协同发展的机制与制度不完善、协同发展的资源整合与共享困难、协同发展的人才培养模式与市场需求脱节等问题,进而提出强化协同发展理念与意识、融入农类高校协同发展战略目标、完善协同发展机制与体制、优化资源整合与共享模式、创新人才培养模式与课程体系、加强质量监控与评价体系建设、推动产学研深度融合等策略。Amidst the critical period of China’s agricultural transformation towards modern agriculture,a large number of high-quality agricultural talents with innovative mindsets,professional skills and comprehensive literacy are needed,while continuing education can provide farmers with advanced knowledge and skills training and enhance their capabilities in agricultural production,business management and other aspects.This paper focuses on the collaborative development of continuing education in agricultural universities in China,conducting a thorough analysis of the current situation of collaborative development of continuing education.It is found that the concept and consciousness of collaborative development are insufficient,the mechanism and system of collaborative development are imperfect,the integration and sharing of resources for collaborative development are difficult and there exists a mismatch between the collaborative talent cultivation models and market demands.Consequently,strategies are proposed to strengthen the concept and awareness of collaborative development,integrate it into the strategic goals of collaborative development of agricultural universities,improve collaborative mechanisms and systems,optimize resource integration and sharing models,innovate talent cultivation models and curriculum systems,strengthen quality monitoring and evaluation systems and promote the deep integration of industry,universities and research.
