摘 要:在数字经济发展浪潮下,职业教育数字化转型是加快高素质技术技能人才培养、增强职业教育适应性、促进新质生产力高质量发展的必然要求。新质生产力与职业教育的耦合互嵌与双向赋能,推动教育要素跃迁升级,并对高职院校教师数智素养培育提出迫切需求。为此,高职院校应主动适应现代化产业结构转型,逐步推进高职院校教师分层分类发展;厚植数智化学习的价值自觉,树立高职院校教师数智化发展新理念;构建虚实结合的数字实践平台,赋予高职院校教师数智化发展新模式;创新数字化导向的评价机制,驱动高职院校教师数智化发展新引擎,从而为新质人才培养夯实教育根基,为新质生产力高质量发展赋能增效。In the trend of digital economic development,the digital transformation of vocational education is the inevitable requirement to accelerate the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents,enhance the adaptability of vocational education and promote the high-quality development of new quality productive forces.The mutual linkage and bidirectional empowerment between new quality productive forces and vocational education drive the upgrading of educational factors and put forward the urgent demand for the cultivation of teachers’data intelligence competence in higher vocational colleges.To this end,higher vocational colleges should actively adapt to the transformation of modern industrial structure and gradually promote the development of teachers in higher vocational colleges in terms of stratification and categorization;cultivate the value consciousness of data intelligence learning and establish a new concept of data intelligence development for teachers in higher vocational colleges;build a digital practice platform combining the real and the virtual,which empowers the teachers in higher vocational colleges with a new mode of data intelligence development and innovate an evaluation mechanism with a digital orientation to promote the new momentum of digital literacy development for teachers in higher vocational colleges,so as to lay a foundation for the cultivation of new quality talents and provide impetus to the high-quality development of new quality productive forces.
