摘 要:本文以低共熔溶剂(DES)为提取溶剂,采用超声波辅助DES法提取积雪草中的多酚成分,考察了DES组成、DES含水量、提取时间、提取温度及料液比对积雪草多酚得率的影响。以积雪草中多酚得率为评价指标,首先进行单因素实验,随后正交实验优化确定提取积雪草多酚的最佳工艺为:氯化胆碱-尿素-丙三醇为最佳DES溶剂组合,DES溶剂摩尔比为1∶1∶1,DES溶剂含水量为30%,提取时间为20min,提取温度为50℃,料液比为1∶25(g∶m L),在此条件下积雪草多酚的得率为7.85%。同时对积雪草多酚的抗氧化活性进行评价,其对DPPH·和亚硝酸盐具有良好的清除效果。Deep eutectic solvents were used with ultrasound to extract polyphenols from Centella asiatica.The effects of DES composition,water content,extraction time,extraction temperature,and solid-to-liquid ratio on the yield of polyphenols from Centella asiatica were systematically investigated.Using polyphenol yield as the evaluation criterion,initial single-factor experiments were conducted,followed by optimization through orthogonal experiments to establish the optimal extraction conditions.The optimal DES solvent system was identified as choline chloride-urea-glycerol with a molar ratio of 1∶1∶1,DES water content of 30%,extraction time of 20 minutes,extraction temperature of 50℃,and a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶25(g∶mL).Under these optimized conditions,the yield of polyphenols from Centella asiatica reached 7.85%.The extracted Centella asiatica polyphenols also showed strong antioxidant activity,effectively scavenging DPPH free radicals and nitrite ions.
