摘  要:教育家精神,作为教育硕士研究生培养的核心价值追求,是推动教育硕士研究生向教育家型教师蜕变的关键驱动力。将其融入培养体系,不仅深化了研究生教育的内涵追求,也强化了职业精神培养与质量提升。在融入过程中,需遵循思想引领与实践体悟的协同逻辑,关注学校教育与终身发展的连贯逻辑,把握文化传承与时代创新的融合逻辑。基于教育家精神的价值与内在逻辑,应以师德建设为基石,塑造教育硕士研究生教育家精神的核心品质;通过课程体系的深度融合,实现教育家理念与教学内容的有机结合;进而依托实践平台,构建教育实践与精神培育相互促进的生态系统,助力教育硕士研究生成长为兼具理论与实践能力的教育家型教师。Educator spirit,as the core value pursuit of the training of Master of Education students,is the key driving force to promote the transformation of Master of Education students into educator-type teachers.Integrating it into the training system not only deepens the connotation pursuit of graduate education,but also strengthens the cultivation of professionalism and quality improvement.In the process of integration,it is necessary to follow the synergistic logic of thought leadership and practical understanding,pay attention to the coherent logic of school education and lifelong development,and grasp the integration logic of cultural inheritance and innovation of the times.Based on the value implication and internal logic of the integration of the educator’s spirit,the core characteristics of the educator’s spirit should be shaped with the construction of teacher ethics as the cornerstone.Through the in-depth integration of the curriculum system,the organic combination of educator concept and teaching content are realized.Then,relying on the practice platform,an ecosystem of mutual promotion of educational practice and spiritual cultivation are constructed,so as to promote the growth of Master of Education students into educator-type teachers with both profound theoretical literacy and excellent practical abilities.
