关苍术与茅苍术挥发性化学成分的比较研究

摘  要:为探究关苍术和茅苍术根茎挥发性化学成分的差异,该研究以野生关苍术和茅苍术的根茎为材料,采用气相色谱质谱联用(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)分析法比较分析了其挥发性化学成分。结果表明:关苍术根茎中鉴定出莪术烯等55种挥发性化学成分,宜昌产茅苍术中鉴定出67种挥发性化学成分,霍山产茅苍术中鉴定出83种挥发性化学成分。在不同苍术中,比较分析相对含量较高的8种挥发性化学成分,发现野菊花醇、莪术烯、芹子二烯3种化合物均存在,且相对含量都较高。其中,茅苍术以前两种化合物为主,关苍术则以后两种化合物为主。另外,关苍术中长叶马鞭草烯酮(12.84%)、β石竹烯(5.58%)和γ榄香烯(4.67%)含量较高。该研究明确了关苍术和茅苍术中挥发性化学成分的差异,为关苍术的进一步开发利用奠定了理论基础。To investigate the differences in volatile chemical components between the rhizomes of Atractylodes japonica and Atractylodes lancea,this study utilized wild rhizomes of A.japonica and A.lancea as materials,and employed gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)to comparatively analyze the volatile chemical components.The results indicated that 55 volatile chemical components,including curzerene,were identified in the rhizomes of A.japonica.In the meantime,67 volatile chemical components were identified in A.lancea from Yichang,and 83 volatile chemical components were identified in A.lancea from Huoshan.Among the different species of Atractylodes,the comparative analysis of 8 volatile chemical components with relatively high content revealed that chrysanthemol,curzerene,and selina-3,7(11)-diene were present in all species,with relatively high content.Notably,the first two compounds were predominant in A.lancea,while the latter two were predominant in A.japonica.Additionally,A.japonica contained higher levels of longiverbenone(12.84%),caryophyllene(5.58%),andγ-elemene(4.67%).This study not only distinguishes the differences in volatile chemical compositions among different species of Atractylodes,but also clarifies the volatile chemical composition of A.japonica,thereby establishing a theoretical foundation for its further development and utilization.
