资源依赖视角下地方院校与社会力量助力乡村学校体育的协同互动研究

摘　　要：2023年《关于推进体育助力乡村振兴工作的指导意见》提出“引导支持社会力量、企事业单位开展送体下乡”,召唤高校、社会力量进一步破解乡村学校体育发展的薄弱环节。“姚基金”与地方院校体育学院在“篮球季”项目中形成“共同体”助力乡村学校体育发展。资源依赖理论为实现资源共享、共赢,助力乡村学校体育振兴提供了有益思路。“姚基金”强依赖地方院校体育学院,地方院校体育学院选择性依赖“姚基金”;资源依赖视角下双方协同互动体现在成果和行为纬度上。成果互动呈现在双方解决实际问题和培养志愿者职业目标上。行为互动表现为“姚基金”提供多元化社会服务平台和地方院校体育学院重学生知识产出与创新。In 2023,the“Guiding Opinions on Promoting Sports to Boost Rural Revitalization”proposed to“guide and support social forces,enterprises and institutions in carrying out sports programs to rural areas”,calling on universities and social forces to further address the bottlenecks in the development of rural school sports.“Yao Fund”forms a“community”with local colleges and universities in the“Basketball Season”project to promote the development of rural school physical education.The theory of resource dependence provides useful ideas for achieving resource sharing and win-win situations and assisting in the revitalization of rural school sports. “Yao fund” shows a strongdependence on local colleges’ school of physical education , and local colleges’ school of physicaleducation shows a selective dependence on “Yao fund” . The collaborative interaction between bothparties from the perspective of resource dependence is reflected in the dimensions of results andbehavior. The interactive results are presented in both parties’ efforts to solve practical problems andcultivate volunteer career goals. Behavioral interaction is manifested in the diversified social serviceplatform provided by “Yao Fund” and the emphasis on students’ knowledge output and innovation inschool of physical education at local colleges.
